Your Care, Your Way
PSYCHIATRY SERVICES
Sometimes you need more than a conversation—you need help understanding what you’re experiencing and what options are available. Our psychiatric providers offer thoughtful evaluations and personalized treatment for concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, attention difficulties, and more. When appropriate, treatment may include medication, therapy, or both.
MEDICATION MONITORING
Regular follow-up appointments to monitor the effectiveness of medications and make adjustments as needed.
ART & PLAY THERAPY
A different way to express, connect, and heal.
For children and teens, talking isn't always the easiest way to communicate what they're experiencing. Our therapists may use creative expression, storytelling, imaginative play, games, and other developmentally appropriate activities to help young clients explore emotions, build coping skills, and feel more comfortable engaging in therapy—all through a supportive virtual setting.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
You don’t have to navigate challenges alone. Individual therapy offers a confidential space to make sense of what you’re experiencing, build effective coping strategies, and move toward the changes that matter most to you.
COUPLES THERAPY
Every relationship has challenges. Couples therapy can help you slow down difficult patterns, communicate with greater understanding, rebuild connection, and create a healthier way forward together.
FAMILY THERAPY
Family relationships can be both a source of strength and a source of stress. Family therapy brings loved ones together to better understand one another, improve communication, and create healthier, more supportive relationships.
TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE
A safe, supportive approach that recognizes how past or ongoing difficult experiences can affect emotions, relationships, behavior, and overall well-being. Our providers prioritize trust, choice, collaboration, and your sense of safety while using appropriate therapeutic approaches to support healing and recovery.
NEURODIVERGENT-AFFIRMING CARE
Care that recognizes and respects different ways of thinking, communicating, learning, processing, and experiencing the world. Our providers work with children, teens, and adults to better understand individual strengths and challenges and develop strategies that support emotional well-being, relationships, executive functioning, self-advocacy, and everyday life.
EVIDENCE-BASED, PATIENT-CENTERED CARE
Your care should be informed by what works and shaped around who you are. Our providers draw from evidence-based approaches, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Gottman Method, mindfulness-based approaches, and other therapeutic modalities. Treatment is individualized around your needs, preferences, goals, and circumstances.
TRAUMA THERAPY
Specialized techniques such as EMDR, CBT, or somatic therapies to address past traumatic experiences and their effects.
PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS
Comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, personality traits, and cognitive functioning.
NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING
Assessing cognitive abilities, memory, attention, and executive functioning to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
ADHD EVALUATIONS
Assessing symptoms and determining the presence of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
HUMANISTIC THERAPY/LIFE COACHING
Emphasizes personal growth and self-actualization, helping individuals understand their feelings and develop a sense of self.
PSYCHODYNAMIC THERAPY
Explores unconscious processes and past experiences to understand current behavior and emotional difficulties.
TALK THERAPY
In addition to talking, the therapist teaches coping techniques or strategies to help with specific issues. There can also be things to work on between sessions, such as journaling, noticing thoughts and responses, or practicing coping techniques.
